3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge, on-site, and in writing. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written agreement. Estimates are based on conditions at the time of the site visit and the information provided by the customer. Prices may be revised if:

• Conditions discovered during work differ materially from those present at the time of estimate.
• The customer requests changes to the scope, materials, or design after the estimate is provided.
• Material costs change significantly between estimate and project start due to market conditions outside our control.

Any price changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change due to weather, material lead times, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled date changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after work has started may be subject to charges for labor performed and materials ordered or delivered. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable after materials have been ordered, as outlined in your written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, a deposit is required before project commencement to cover initial material costs. Final payment is due upon project completion and customer sign-off. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding balances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure work proceeds smoothly and on schedule, the customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the property, existing structures, and any known issues that may affect the project.
• Ensure reasonable access to the work area during scheduled work hours.
• Obtain any HOA approvals, permits, or permissions required for the project, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting on your behalf.
• Notify us promptly of any concerns about the work in progress.

7. Permits and Compliance

All work performed by Bonita Springs Lanai Sunrooms & Patios is carried out in compliance with applicable FL state and local building codes. Where building permits are required, the responsibility for obtaining them will be specified in your written project agreement. We carry the necessary licenses and insurance required to perform contracted work in the state of Florida.

8. Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your written project agreement. In general:

• Workmanship warranty covers defects in installation resulting from our labor, for the period stated in your agreement.
• Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications by others, acts of nature, or circumstances outside of normal use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

The parties waive their right to a jury trial for any dispute arising under these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Lee County, Florida.
